Fibre
Our wool is supplied by Südwolle, a family-owned German company that has specialised in spinning wool since its foundation in 1966. The wool fibres are sourced from merino sheep in Australia and South America.
Fabric
Fully fashioned knitwear that is gently boiled to create garments with enhanced strength and structure, while retaining the natural softness, warmth and character of pure wool fibres. The fibres are top dyed before being spun into yarn, a process that creates beautiful mélange colours with depth and a soft hand feel. Each panel is knitted to the shape of the garment, reducing yarn waste. The panels and trims are then attached using a hand-linking machine, resulting in a beautifully finished, premium quality garment.
Factory
The knits are produced in close collaboration with one of our longest standing suppliers, a small knitter based in Dongguan, China. We have enjoyed working with owner Robert and his dedicated team, Ceci and Carmen, for over 20 years. Their knowledge, experience and attention to detail is second to none. We are proud to have them as part of our team.
