Fibre
Our organic cotton is grown in Turkey on certified organic farms that care for the soil, ecosystems and people by supporting biodiversity and working with local natural cycles.
The alpacas are responsibly farmed in the Peruvian highlands, where the yarn is also spun and dyed. Thanks to their soft hooves and gentle feeding habits, alpacas have a light impact on the land on which they live.
Fabric
The combination of organic cotton and alpaca fibres creates beautifully soft, cosy knitwear that brings together the natural drape and smooth handle of cotton with the exceptional warmth and softness of alpaca. The fibres are top dyed before being spun into yarn, a process that creates beautiful mélange colours with depth and a soft hand feel. Each panel is knitted to the shape of the garment, reducing yarn waste. The panels and trims are then attached using a hand-linking machine, resulting in a beautifully finished, premium quality garment.
Factory
Focused on creating low volume, high-quality garments, our Dongguan, near Hong Kong, based supplier is owned and managed by Jackie, recently with the involvement of his charming son Chapman. It is always a pleasure to visit Jackie and receive a sample from him as he nearly always interprets the design so well.
